How the Claims Process Works
Step 1: Lodge your claim
Call your insurer or use their online portal. Let them know you want to make a glass or windscreen claim under your comprehensive policy (if applicable).
Step 2: Nominate Wayne’s Windscreens
Tell your insurer that you choose Wayne’s as your repairer. You may need to provide our business details (ABN, contact, address).
Step 3: Provide your claim number to us
Once you have your claim reference, pass it to us so we can coordinate with your insurer.
Step 4: We manage the repair or replacement
We’ll book your appointment (or mobile visit), handle the glass work, and reconcile the costs with the insurer. You may just pay the excess (if required).
Step 5: Drive away safely
Once the work is done (including calibration if needed), your vehicle is back on the road with a warranty you can trust.
